The Live Fire Show
The onion volcano, the flaming griddle, spatula tricks and the egg roll off the elbow. It is the part guests film and the reason the kids stand up on their chairs.
We roll the griddle into your driveway, backyard, patio or lake house, and your guests get the full teppanyaki show — fried rice hearts, the onion volcano, sake squirted straight from the sake gun, and dinner cooked to order in front of them. You pick the date and the menu. We bring everything else.
Hibachi at home is not a drop-off catering tray. A chef arrives with a professional teppanyaki griddle, sets it up beside your table, and cooks every plate to order while your guests sit around it — the same knife work, flames and jokes you would get at a hibachi restaurant, in your own yard.

Every guest picks their own proteins — chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, tofu, filet mignon or lobster. Nobody is stuck with one set menu for the whole table.
Guests 21 and over get sake service straight from the chef's sake gun — included with every party, and usually the first thing the group asks for again.
Griddle, propane, utensils, sauces, prep and cooler. The chef arrives 10–20 minutes early to set up, then breaks the station down and takes it away afterwards.
Backyards, patios, driveways, pergolas, lake houses and short-term rentals across Connecticut. Cooking happens outdoors, under a tent or covered area if the weather turns.
The cooking station leaves with the chef. Your table, decorations and playlist stay exactly how you set them — you host, you do not cater.

Birthdays and graduations fill our Connecticut summer weekends first — but the griddle turns up for a lot more than that.
From first birthdays to milestone 50ths. The chef will write happy birthday in fried rice and put the guest of honour in the middle of the show.
Late May and June book out early in CT. Hibachi handles a yard full of relatives better than a buffet table nobody wants to refill.
Heart-shaped fried rice, sake gun, and a dinner the group will still be posting about the next morning.
Grandparents to toddlers eat the same meal at the same table, with kids' portions priced separately at $30.
Office cookouts, client appreciation dinners and holiday parties at a home, office lot or rented venue.

No — the griddle runs on propane, so we cook on outside premises only: a patio, deck, driveway, garage opening or covered area all work. Tell us about your space when you book and we will confirm what works at your property.
A tent, garage, covered patio or porch usually keeps the party on schedule. Let us know if the forecast turns and we will talk through the setup before the day.
Yes. Tofu plates are the same price as a standard plate, and our food contains no nuts or sesame products. Our standard soy and teriyaki sauces do contain gluten, so gluten-free guests are welcome to bring their own bottles for the chef to use on their plate.
