What We Collect

When you send a booking request or a message through this website, we receive the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, event date and time, party address or town, guest count, menu selections and any notes you add. We also receive your IP address, which our spam protection uses to rate-limit repeated submissions.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles on this site. The only external resource loaded on our pages is the Google Fonts stylesheet used for typography.

Why We Collect It

We use your details for one purpose: to quote and cook your party. That means checking availability, calculating your travel fee, confirming your menu, and contacting you about your booking. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.

How It Reaches Us

Form submissions are delivered by email to the addresses our chef monitors. They are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in that mailbox. Short-lived technical values used by the anti-spam system (a one-time token and a per-IP submission counter) are held temporarily on our server and expire automatically.

How Long We Keep It

Booking enquiries stay in our email records so we can reference past parties, repeat bookings and dietary notes. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it.

Photos From Parties

The photographs and video clips on this website are from real parties we have cooked. If you are pictured and would prefer an image removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard technical data such as cached files and font resources.

Children

This website is intended for adults booking catering services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
