Where We Cook
Our kitchen is on Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury. Hartford County is our home turf, and the griddle travels statewide — shoreline, Fairfield County, the Litchfield hills and the Quiet Corner included. Travel is a flat $1 per mile, confirmed in writing before you book.
The Shoreline
Old Saybrook to Mystic, plus beach houses and summer rentals. Sand, decks and seawalls all work as long as the griddle sits level.
Statewide by Arrangement
Fairfield County, Litchfield, the Quiet Corner and everywhere between. Longer drives simply mean a larger travel line on the quote — no minimum-distance surcharge games.

How the Travel Fee Works
Travel is $1 per mile from our Glastonbury kitchen. Send the full event address with your booking request and we calculate the exact number, in writing, before you commit — there is nothing added on the day.
- Vacation rentals and Airbnbs are fine — send the rental address, not your home address
- Tell us if parking, a long driveway or a walk-in-only yard makes access tricky
- Gated communities, marinas and campgrounds usually need a name on a list — let us know
- Out-of-state dates near the border may be possible; ask before you assume no
